Worst Keyboard, and no customer service

There was no explanation of how to use this keyboard, let alone that I would have to keep my CTRL key lit an ugly white to use my keyboard without arrow keys, BUT can no longer use my number keys. No explanation, no customer service, was never even taken seriously. Have thrown away this keyboard, I want my money back, so I can buy a better keyboard then these dropshippers.

The ven mini is awesome! It has everything I would look for in a gaming keyboard it is mechanical, it has lots of coustomibility from rgb to key caps its just awesome

First of all. U need a how to use booklet in there, like on how to switch rgbs etc. But everything else. Pfft easy. Just amazing, it feels great, and the keycaps feels nice.
