I’ve been going back and forth with them for 3 weeks because they took much longer than the normal ship time, and I received the wrong item after waiting two weeks from the time I ordered. For the inconvenience from the delay, they offered me a free keycap set. I chose the cyan pbt keycap set. I was okay with this solution. On delivery day, I was relieved to know I was finally getting my pink pudding keycaps as well as my free cyan keycaps, and what do I get? A random Northern Glow keyboard Great! Two weeks down the drain. So I ask them to please send me my corrected order along with the free item they offered. They say they will and I don’t get any sort of tracking number or way to keep up with my corrected order. Two weeks go by again and I’m asking for a tracking number because it’s already been a month from the date I originally ordered the keycaps. They don’t respond to me. I email again two days later asking what the hold up is and yet again to give me a tracking number, otherwise my last resort is to request a refund. They don’t respond to me. They were quick to issue the refund, though. Mind you, I didn’t ask for a refund. I said the refund was my last resort because I’m still giving this company a chance to get my order RIGHT! I still have no pink pudding keycaps, let alone the free cyan caps item they offered for wasting my time. One month wasted, I don’t get my items. I am so disappointed with the lack of efficiency and clear communication on the company’s part. As a customer, you’re completely in the dark about everything. They company didn’t care to at least try to help me for their mistakes. Zero accountability taken. And it’s really upsetting to me. They just want to free themselves of having to deal with their own screw up.
